Collect for Pentecost.

God, who as at this time taught the hearts of your faithful people by sending to them the light of your Holy Spirit: grant us by the same Spirit to have a right judgement in all things and evermore to rejoice in this holy comfort; through the merits of Christ Jesus our Saviour, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

The Next Four Weeks (or thereabouts)

The next four weeks:


Fellowship of Sts Simeon and Anna at John Adams Court: there will a service of hymns and prayers at John Adams Court at 3pm on Wednesday 30th May.


Walking Pilgrimage to St Paul’s Cathedral: Saturday 2nd June, leaving All Saints in the morning (details to follow) we will walk to the Cathedral for Evensong at 4.30pm. We will be stopping at St John’s Hackney and Liverpool Street Station on the way, so that those who can’t walk the full distance can still join in. You can find out more and sign-up at the Library Corner table.


Social Team Meeting: Sunday 3rd June, following the Parish Eucharist. All are welcome to join in!


Common Fund Meeting: if you would like to find out more about how the Diocese of London is financed, and how it supports parishes like ours, please do come along to hear the Archdeacon of Hampstead at All Saints on Wednesday 6th June at 7.30pm (refreshments from 7pm).


Eucharist for the Fellowship of St Simeon and St Anna: Friday 8th June, 11am, followed by refreshments. The Fellowship is principally for retired people who are willing to commit to praying regularly for those in any kind of need. Please speak to Fr Stuart, O’Dessie Mason or Lynda Chee if you would like to know more. 


Fundraising Table Top Sale: Saturday 9th June, 11am to 2pm. Details to follow.

The Lamb Festival 2018: our annual Arts Festival, now in its fifth year, runs from Saturday 16th to Friday 23rd June. Details to follow.


New Curate – Alison Phillips: please pray for Alison Phillips, as she prepares to be Ordained Deacon by Bishop Sarah on Saturday 30th June. Her first Sunday with us will be July 1st, and we’ll welcome her with a party after the All-Age Eucharist.
